A Progressive Summer Camp For Teens Filled With Adventure!
Omega Teen Camp is much more than a traditional summer camp for teens. We have a unique and powerful summer program for teens ages, 13-17. Our summer camp program is designed to help teenagers gain personal power, build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing deep and lasting friendships. Omega Teen Camp is about fun, connection, self-exploration and self-expression.

During the Sweat Lodge and
Fire-walking, you will challenge yourself and find inner strength. Through the Ropes Course, Thai Massage and Yoga, you will settle into your body & learn new ways to move.

Our
Background
Omega Teen Camp is directly owned and operated by Omega Institute, in Rhinebeck New York. Omega is the nation's largest and most trusted holistic education provider and is highly regarded for its pioneering work in such alternative studies as holistic health, meditation, yoga, transformational psychology, spirituality, world music, and art. We are now offering teenagers a powerful summer program similar to what we have been offering adults since 1977.
Our Location
Omega Teen Camp is located in Holmes, New York, ninety minutes north of New York City, on 450 country acres. We have a four week summer camp program running from July 16 through August 12.
Teenagers can attend for either two or four weeks.
